Vorrei leggerli in italiano: The Kingmakers e The Geomancer - Serie Vampire Empire

Alcuni anni fa ho parlato, recensendoli molo favorevolmente, dei primi due romanzi della serie Vampire Empire. 

Purtroppo, la casa editrice Sonzogno, che ne curava l'edizione italiana, ha deciso di sospendere la pubblicazione in Italia dell'ultimo romanzo della trilogia, ovvero "The Kingmakers".

Il romanzo, oltre a concludere la storia sentimentale tra il principe vampiro Gareth e Adele, l'umana imperatrice di Equatoria, ci avrebbe rivelato il destino dell'umanità: gli umani sarebbero riusciti a liberarsi dal giogo dei vampiri? Il malvagio Cesare e Flay avrebbero vinto o perso? Noi poveri lettori siamo rimasti in sospeso, come se guardando un film, sul più bello si fosse oscurato lo schermo per non riaccendersi mai più!

Da poco, poi, è stato pubblicato il primo romanzo  - The Geomancer - di una nuova serie con protagonisti Gareth e Adele, basata sui personaggi e ambientato nello stesso universo di Vampire Empire.

Vale dunque la pena armarsi di pazienza e dizionario e leggere queste opere in inglese (nella speranza che si avveri il nostro desiderio di poterli leggere in italiano), completando così un'ottima saga e iniziandone un'altra che si prospetta altrettanto coinvolgente.

Unexpected allies and terrible new villains arise. Adele and Gareth fight side-by-side as always, but they can never be the same if they hope to survive.
